Connection Circles: April 5, 2026

Connection Circles are a monthly gathering designed to create a restorative pocket of calm and connection. Expect depth, warmth, and the occasional spark of surprise. Through honest conversation and simple practices, you’ll explore questions that matter — and walk away with tools you can return to whenever you need more clarity and calm.

This 60-minute gathering meets on Zoom on the first Sunday of each month at 11 a.m. EST, unless otherwise noted.

At the heart of these circles is connection: being with others who understand. Calm isn’t about checking out or pretending everything’s fine. It’s about staying present from a more centered place — and building that capacity alongside people who get it. The world can feel like a lot right now, and we all carry that weight differently. If you’re losing sleep over global events or feeling anxious about what’s ahead, you’re not alone.

Come as you are. Share what feels right. Leave feeling a little lighter and a little more grounded.

What to expect:

  • A familiar rhythm with a fresh focus each session
  • All calls recorded for playback
  • A space where everyone belongs

Ceremony

CEREMONY is an invitation to slow down, look deeper, and mark the moments that matter. This course offers a framework for creating meaningful rituals that honor life’s transitions. Whether you’re celebrating a new beginning, releasing what no longer serves you, or simply wanting to bring more presence into everyday life, CEREMONY will guide you step by step as you turn reflection into ritual and intention into your next right action.

You’ll explore the essential elements of ritual design and learn how to weave them into your own experiences in a way that feel both grounded and sacred. Through reflection, guided exercises, and examples drawn from diverse traditions, you’ll discover how to create ceremonies that are authentic to you and your values.

By the end of this self-guided workshop, you’ll have the tools to design your own rituals for any stage or event: a milestone, a loss, a creative project, or a quiet moment of renewal. CEREMONY reminds us that ritual doesn’t have to be elaborate to be profound—it simply asks us to pause, bear witness, and create meaning from your life’s events, big and small.

Automatic Writing: Self-Study

Automatic Writing is an invitation to surrender your conscious mind and enter new portals in your creative practice. Meditation. Channeling. Trance. Throughout history, automatic writing—also called psychography or Spirit Writing—has been practiced by writers, artists, and musicians as a way to release blocks, receive messages, and discover new channels in their work.

In an age when our lives are spent staring at screens, automatic writing brings artmaking back to the body and invites the language of the cosmos, the surreal, the soul.

This self-paced Self-Study course includes a pre-recorded video. If you prefer being community, check our Courses page for upcoming live sessions of this workshop.
